Exercise isn't always aerobic. Resistance and weight training which causes a muscle buildup can help you lose weight because your Total Daily Energy Expenditure (TDEE) increases while you build more muscle. Now if you combine aerobic and anaerobic training strategically, while you have your eating habits checked, you can lose that quarantine weight in no time. This is what i am doing now. |
