Anybody who is developing a COBOL compiler should know that there's a test suite for the language. See here (https://www.itl.nist.gov/div897/ctg/cobol_form.htm) Also, I haven't seen any mention of any of the bits of the COBOL ecosystem here? No DB2, IDMS, IMS DB/DC, VSAM, CICS, REXX, JCL? These are a big part of why COBOL applications are sticky. |
