I use NextDNS, basically PiHole in SaaS. One less appliance to handle on my end

How is that? Seems like it could be a good alt DNS provider with Pihole as a primary, and NextDNS as a secondary

I use the blocklist feature directly in NextDNS on my account, which is basically what I'd do with PiHole anyway.
