I strongly disagree. Good leaders know how to manage not only their own teams, but everyone else's as well, so much so that anyone that doesn't seem to be the right fit, can be effortlessly placed by a well connected professional network somewhere else, to allow them to thrive. At best, this video shows a mediocre team leader. |
