Can comment on the kids public versus private. My kids joined with other families to hire a tutor because the zoom classes for school were awful. Twenty kids, I’ve seen Thursday Thursday zoom meetings with 80 people be more productive. From what I understand the private schools had much smaller zoom calls, five kids what a number I heard a lot. The older I get the more I believe in Cliff Stoll’s vision of education - one without technology. Zoom is convenient but it sucks the life out of learning. |
