Just a lot of grind, developing a niche, finding my perfect model of clients, building a site, a boxed product to sell, and a large library of copy-paste code, working fixed price, working with good recruiters to get good cheap coders. Gradual progress. Took 10 years to get from 50K to 500K per year.
