> At this point, I think phones can be compared to a home in terms of privacy. unfortunately the law hasn't really kept up with technology. Let's hope this gets in front of a judge who's able to extrapolate some 'digital' rights from the (outdated) constitution. Unless of course they also 'think of the children'. |
