UAE for effectively zero taxes. New Zealand as it is rumoured although i don't believe it - for someone not rich enough to own a private jet where you can properly sleep, it is TOO far away from... just about anywhere. Singapore. Some of the Southern and Eastern Europe for those not rich enough. |
