To be a Delaware corp, you must have a registered agent with a physical office in Delware, and these guys are right across the street from the Dept. of Corporations. You can get a physical office lease and have them open mail, forward it, or scan and send it to you. It's pretty cheap and this is all they do. Good service and good online portal, too.
