Many prestigious computer science schools have these kinds of project-based courses where students are expected to work on a few projects throughout the semester. They still have to go through the exams but for us outsiders the projects are the meat. I have to have my ass pushed so I registered in a local university. It's out of the top 200 but I don't need to read the material, I just need someone to kick me to move forward. |
