For me their philosophy is clear. Each G+ user needs to be identifiable. They are not against pseudonyms per se but if your pseudonym means they can't identify you then "off with your head" - Otherwise how can they sell advertising? This is the real cost we pay for google's "free" services. (BTW I don't as long as I can use a pseudonym of some sort). |
