> one time my HVAC stopped working in the middle of winter and I wouldn't know what to do there. I thought so too, until a HVAC outfit ghosted me one too many times. All I had was a screwdriver and multimeter in hand. I was able to figure out that the power transformer was taking in 110v but putting out 0v into the board. So I googled the part number, picked it up at Home Depot and just un-mounted it and swapped the new one in attaching the wires in the same way. Easy peasy! It really was a lot easier than I thought. Just remember to take pictures of the wiring before. |
