He probably should. Studies show protease inhibitors are effective treatment: https://onlinelibrary.wiley.com/doi/10.1111/jcpt.13356 But don't say this here, because HN downvotes science. Their religion is against it.

Yeah HN is a slightly smarter version of Reddit imo. But I've found you can't say anything along the same vein that you can't on Reddit as well.
