I promise the people in FAANG are not more rewarded or happy than you on average, at least with respect to their job. I’ve been in them, and people either complain, or are jealous of the people making startup millions.

It’s a fact of life that wherever you want to be more than anything, someone is already there unhappy.

Happiness doesn’t come from FAANG or wherever else. But it doesn’t come easy either, you gotta cultivate it.
