Yeah, probably. But we need to be careful about higher order effects of those interventions. Climates and ecosystems are complex systems, thus, perturbations/linear solutions usually cause unexpected behaviour. Things like desalination where we aren't disturbing the system is fine. Cloud seeding on the other hand I wouldn't be so comfortable with widespread adoption. |
