Ghost[0]. Seriously, from a user perspective, it doesn't get any simpler than that. You fill a few variables in settings, you write, that's it. I've toyed around with WordPress, Jekyll, Hugo, etc etc and spent more time making shit work as I want it to than I did actually writing things.
