There is a new Washington consensus emerging that will reverse the productive relationship between US and China for the last 50 years. Not sure what impact this will have in the 6mo-1yr timeframe, but we can expect the relationship to deteriorate. The recent issue of Foreign Affairs (a bellwether publication for the Washington consensus) is about this decline in the relationship between the two countries. |
