nah. just because some drivers do stupid things does not mean that we should allow this "FSD" travesty. The thing is: if you're a human driver and you screw up you pay the consequences. It's codified in the law and you are fully aware that there are consequences if you don't follow the rules. Now, if you drive one of these "FDS" cars and it ends up in an accident where people die, who is responsible? Are you responsible? Is the car manufacturer responsible? Do we just write it off as a freak accident with 1 in a million chance of happening again? |
