At a guess, a super-rich teenager in the Netherlands lives very close to a wide range of shops (i.e. in a city centre), and isn't at all price sensitive. If he wants anything, he walks or cycles to a shop in under 5 minutes and buys it.

His family or father might use a PA for some purchases.

(I am much more surprised when people here say they make online purchases several times a week. I make an online purchase about every 3 months.)

Even normal people barely use Amazon since it only recently launched last year there and we have other well working alternatives online. And yes Dutch also like to order a lot of things online. It is just easier to set up services like Amazon locally in such a densely populated country with good infrastructure that we did not needed Amazon to compete.
