I have a coworker who seems to have some of the tendencies you’ve described. Do you have advice to better work with them? More specifically: How do you handle collaborating with other teams if / when your work is a dependency for them delivering theirs? How do you deal with requirements, use cases, and other pieces of functionality if you just jump into coding? |
