There was one point, C++ won't warn you by default . But tooling that is incredibly common, that beginners will run into even if they take the path of least resistance, and experts will use because it enforces standards at the very least, covers it. Like Js without linters is a minefield, but everyone accepts you should lint your Js. Why does that change when C++ is involved? |
