It would be a short 10 minute walk or cycle away from my home. Secure, not accessible to the public, swipe card access through two doors. Secure network, employer supplied VPN to remote servers running apps. Dedicated high security network, physically separate from low security, In a building overlooking a park, sports oval or strip mall. With no car parking, except for a loading zone, dedicated trades parking and disabled parking. I don't want to work from home, but don't want to commute long distances or pay exorbitant parking fees to local councils. |
