Conclusive? No. But should have been seriously dug into instead of the giant deafening silence we had.

And one other thing I forgot to mention: Seymour Hersh, one of the finest old-school investigative journos in the world, dug in to this and confirmed all sorts of weird things: the FBI got access to Rich's PC, Rich contacted Wikileaks, Rich had DNC emails on his computer and so on.
