This looks pretty great, will definitely take a deeper dive. I manage most of this today through a series of shared google docs attached to calendar invites, but this should be less clugey. Regarding shared meeting notes, I think the killer feature that would make gdocs obsolete is auto-suggesting canceling a 1on1 or other meeting if there are no items to discuss. This removes the awkward "Hey do you still want to chat?" conversations and makes it a blameless way to get time back. |
