Whilst it is unpleasant and not great for mental health, the world is indeed full of horrendous injustice and bad things. Whilst Twitter has it's own fair share of problems, one could argue that anger is a rational emotion to feel about the world.

Being able to switch off from all the problems and just enjoy life is quite privileged.

Placing the weight of the world’s injustice on your shoulders and getting angry about it is not an admirable way to live.
Try cynicism today! Signal your understanding of issues and non-indifference while exonerating you of any action!
Indeed. Righteous anger should be respected, but I find that any anger now gets labeled as toxic. It is okay to be angry at things that deserve your anger.
