Places like Patreon, OnlyFans, Fansly etc are on the right track. There's other platforms like Steem, Minds and Brave (the browser) allowing direct payment to creators through crypto.

None of the innovation is coming from the established players.

Thanks for your feedback. I guess I should clarify Patreon, OnlyFans and possibly even Gumroad were built with creators in mind. But, the platforms I listed are just now realizing the “value” of creators.
