I’ve tried reaching for a book /kindle when I needed to be entertained without success, or taking so much effort to start it that the habit hasn’t stayed.

Was there something that helped you on that? Some type of book/etc.?

It's hard. I love that the kindle app is on iphone and syncs w the ereader... but really the best thing is to keep the reader on my person. Kind of pushes me into the thought of "I'm lugging this thing around I had better use it." Works better with an actual book but I'm a sucker for the kindle.
