Sure. I'm just expressing my own opinion, which is, break them up! Into 5-10 baby googles, 5-10 baby amazons, 5-10 baby facebooks. Unfortunately, regulators get captured, and regulations often present barriers to entry. The process by which you might get a reprieve or compensation for your loss of business might still cost you your business, in legal fees, or in opportunity costs. Monopolies and oligopolies are the problem, and the solution is to break them up. |
