A very long list of 'required' skills. I see required skills as things you'll need on day one. If there's a huge list it means there's no room to learn things as part of the job, which usually means that either you'll be running around with your hair on fire all the time fixing stuff, or that the company doesn't value training and improvement. Either way it's not good. |
