My list of applications that I need to run on Windows, instead if Linux, has almost completely disappeared (I can only think of one). I have used Linux for probably 15 years and can say that the user experience has never been better (for the lay person that just wants something that works). The final nail in the coffin of Windows for me is Steam Play. So many of my Windows games just work, right out of the box on Linux. It feels like magic compared to the old days of trying to hack together a workable Wine config... |
