It is a pretty good article. The title is a bit misleading, if you interpret agile as is was described in the Agile Manifesto[0], most successful large software projects followed many of its points. And they will continue to do that. Some organizations believe that SCRUM is agile, perhaps they are not flexible enough to understand that it really is not. [0] https://agilemanifesto.org/ |
