From what I've heard, Acer's support is nothing to brag about either. I never owned one myself, but I've heard complaints about their laptops from several people regarding reliability/longevity. At the last company I worked at, we had two beamers made Acer, both broke within six weeks, we sent them in for repair, when they came back, one of them still didn't work. |
