We got these posters printed by a local printer about 5 years ago and then framed them. They're huge, they look great and have not faded at all. Just go to a local print shop and they'll do it. It was under 100 for 3.

What are good cheap options for frames?

We got frames from Ikea.

Not sure where you are, but my local CVS or Walgreens can print photos and have done a decent job printing posters for me in the past.
