According to the Forbes article, this isn't a real search engine. It's just a reseller wrapper around Bing, like Yahoo Search. I thought they were really doing a search engine of their own, but no.

A real search engine costs billions in hardware costs alone.
Actually, no. Cuil did it for about $50 million. They failed due to lack of a revenue model, but they did get search working, sort of.
There are only 2 real search engines capable of indexing the entire Web: google and bing. Google search employs about 1 million servers.
