I am so glad to hear it’s not just me. I have recently been doing some meditation to help me with this.

Once I figured out what was happening to me was anxiety I also started exploring meditation. Often times I can feel the anxiety first thing in the morning and I know I need to have a nice mediation session to calm me down (and usually the helps throughout my entire day). And you're definitely not alone, its way more common than I originally thought as well.
