Is this a karma farming bot? New account, comment is copy pasted from a blog [1] which otherwise only appear on .ru domain malware sites [2]

My guess, either farming karma so they can later sell the account or they can use it when people are buying upvotes

It matters if you want to build a downvote farm of bots to manipulate the frontpage or order/visibility of comments.
