Not the OP but, ummm, maybe for no other reason than because he wanted to. Or, he wanted to learn something. I see this question a lot when someone shares their work that they are proud of and I want to scream, "What difference does it make?" In the very first sentence of the README it states "hobbyist, educational" . That pretty much sums up the OP's motivation. Why can't learning and exploration be their own motivation? |
