The one, e.g., claiming 5 minutes to dark brown plus 5 more to caramelize is a complete lie (or using “caramelize” in a completely nonstandard way to how it is usually used for onions.) Most of the rest, though, are pretty reasonable directions for browning onions, and don’t claim to be or describe caramelization. |
