That 2% is putting you slightly higher to the new bottom of band. So to clarify, if previous years bottom of band was 100K, and this years bottom is 110K, your base bump + your projected stock value (current year + 15% increase planned YoY) will be 110K. Source: Former Amazon Manager. |
