I’m really not trying to be too snarky, but with the labor market as it is in 2021, 10 interviews in a month is achievable by merely possessing a pulse. What am I missing?
Just dug into it! Looks like you've done a lot and are a senior eng with a lot of experience - your in one of the most sought out roles so I'm unsurprised that you get a bunch of interviews consistently, and probably wouldn't be a fit for the tool.
