So long as your method is able to travel through HTTP, https://duckduckgo.com/?q=residential+proxy&ia=web are quite prolific. I have heard more than one time that those exit points are why a lot of VPNs are "free of charge"

I also recognize that it might take some additional effort to ensure subsequent requests exit from different IPs, but given the number of vendors in that space, I would guess it's not ludicrous, either
