The Oculus is quite a good deal at 299 USD given its technical specifications. I suspected that they were selling them below cost and subsidising them through stuff like this. The issue is that, as a data-driven organisation I am certain that they would have assessed the likely impact of including ads on turning away users and made that the decision. |
