Ultimately I am ok with that, but I understand it is a difficult ethical question. I am personally not ok with subjecting animals to torture, in order to extend human lifespans. It’s not something I would want done to me if a more advanced alien species were to come along, but I suppose it is an easier decision to make when you are on the side that benefits. |
