Ask HN: Any way to report scam Gmail accounts at scale?

I created an app and everyday we get many scammers signing up with fake email accounts. The crazy thing is they actually created those email accounts (for email verification) but the users are fake. We have 100% confidence in many cases through our algorithm and users reporting. I'm wondering if there's a way to report it to Google. I know Facebook has a lot of fakes and they actively close down those accounts. Does Google try to prevent fraud with their accounts? Maybe some Google people here might know.
