Batteries usually degrade. That's why people ask this question. We have all been carrying around phones with batteries that start to perform badly enough after a couple years that we end up buying a brand new phone. Not everybody wants to buy a new phone every couple years, and not everybody agrees what a standard car lifetime is. |
