> That culture needs to be implemented with actions, and by the leadership behaving according to that culture, not by sending out a memo. I think the memo saves a lot of people a lot of time and frustration. By actions you mean "not tolerated" in the sense that someone is fired or reprimanded for a set of behaviours then that would raise a lot of questions about what else doesn't fly when working there. It is better that they published a memo. |
