This review is so saturated with cynicism and rage that it's hard to take seriously. This is the textbook definition of a disgruntled employee with an axe to grind, and many of the complaints are thinly veiled dog whistles ("obligatory token PoC HR muppet"? "Little boys playing tanks in the sand"? Please). The author clearly has problems and prejudices that extend beyond this employer. If anything, the bits about giving the new hire time to learn instead of firing them immediately and the discussion about the company taking initiatives like diversity seriously sound like positives for Grove. The author of this review has an amazing ability to become angry at everything this company does. It's clear that this person loathes everything and everyone around them, but I doubt the company is the problem here. I hope this person finds what they need in life to overcome these issues. |
