I used to work at Millbank Tower when in London. Which is next UK's Intelligence HQ (MI5) and close to a ton of cool places like Buckingham Palace and London Eye. At first I was rejoiced for working near all these interesting places. But London quickly reminded me of the cost. $600/mo commute plus almost two hours a day on train/metro (which is even more expensive if you value your time). No thank you. |
