I don't have the full story on what happened to the tickets and the dry aged beef, but on several podcasts, Kokonas talked about how they pivoted hard to takeout and actually did some of their best sales during COVID than at any other time. https://news.yahoo.com/nick-kokonas-pivoted-hard-onset-19010...
