I use the mobile YouTube website, surprisingly usable and I dodged the whole weird YouTube quality selector thing. (Things usually trickle in later though, they only added the weird comments-not-at-the-bottom thing recently)

For whatever reason, YouTube the website defaults to 360p no matter how many times you select a higher resolution. In fact, you can only select 720p -- 1080p60 is simply not available.
